Advocates not happy with Saturdays as working day

KOCHI: Miffed over the Kerala High court's decision making Saturdays a working day, the local advocates association yesterday said the decision was taken without consulting them.
The association had convened a general body meeting today to discuss the issue, a press release said.
The high court had decided to hold regular sittings on all Saturdays, except second Saturdays, to hear cases pending for long, provided the advocates appearing for both the parties were willing to cooperate.
