CM’s statement a confession, says Vayalar Ravi

ALAPPPUZHA: Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan’s statement that the central projects would be implemented speedily, is a kind of confession, said Union Minister Vayalar Ravi. He blamed the LDF government for being slow in developmental works. Farmers will not be affected by the ASEAN deal, he said.
