No possibility for Large Scale Industries in Kerala: Antony

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Defence minister of India A K Antony yesterday said there is no possibility for large scale industries in Kerala and accordingly the government should concentrate on small scale industries. He was speaking at the closure ceremony of Susthira Mission held under the headship of M M Hassan.
Antony went on to say that UDF’s stand is to give equal prominence to Janashree and Kudumbashree. He demanded co-operation among different parties and concerned organizations in the comprehensive development of the State. Each and every village should become the center of small scale industries. Antony said the State needed a steady policy on development instead of change in policies with changing governments.
